upcycleDZINE takes a TIME-OUT
Dear upcycle enthusiasts, this newsletter is a little bit different than usual. It’s slightly shorter than you’re accustomed to and it’s going to be the last one for some time. I don’t know If that’s going to be one or two months.
What I do know is that after 5 years upcycleDZINE is in need of a next step. And I’m in need of taking a step back. From the start of this blog until now it has been lots of hard but very joyful work. In a way I don’t consider it being hard work because it’s a hobby and passion at the same time. But what started to bother me is the fact that I can’t seem to develop upcycleDZINE into a bigger platform, version 2.0.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m more than grateful with all those people visiting my blog and for all of you subscribers to this newsletter. Lately I’ve noticed a sort of frustrating and therefore in some way paralyzing feeling while working on new content. So that’s why, in need of new inspiration, I’m going to take a time-out for a while to review what I’ve done so far and to see if I can come up with a new plan to take upcycleDZINE to a new level. Maybe a kind of collaboration.
If you’ve got any ideas, let me know. Who knows.
Hope you will be there if I or we come back with the next newsletter 🙂 Please keep visiting upcycleDZINE because everyday different upcycle design pieces will show up on the front page, drawn from an amazing 700+ archive!
For now, keep upcycling.

Take care,
Gilbert
